The win gave the IL, which has won six of the last eight meetings, a seven games to six lead in the series.

Bulls manager Charlie Montoyo was the skipper for the IL stars, while Durham’s Dan Johnson was the designated hitter.

The Bulls return home tonight at 7:05 to take on the Charlotte Knights in the opener of a four-game, two-city series.
