Pastor Mark Burns with his (not racist) man Drumpf
Well, that finally happened. An Evangelical mouthpiece for the Drumpf campaign finally went there on the Jewish candidate for president of the United States.
At Donald Drumpf's rally at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory this morning, televangelist Pastor Mark Burns warmed up the crowd by reminding them that Bernie Sanders is, gooble gobble, not one of them.
Democratic Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders has "got to get saved," televangelist Mark Burns said at a Donald Trump rally in Hickory, North Carolina on Monday.
"He's got to meet Jesus, he's got to have a 'coming to Jesus' meeting," the pastor said of the Jewish presidential hopeful, warming up the crowd ahead of Trump's appearance, delayed due to weather conditions.
Nice one, huh? This is just the sort of hide-your-hands-and-then-shrug tactic in which Drumpf specializes, of course. But given his recent not-exactly-veiled- threat to the Sanders campaign, regarding the senator's supporters protesting at Drumpf rallies, it's hard to believe that even his tiny hands can truly be hidden, in this case.
