That's what Mark A. Perry, a candidate for District Court judgeship, wrote in response to an Independent Weekly questionnaire posed to him earlier this year.
The Raleigh lawyer was arrested and charged with driving while impaired Tuesday night after a Raleigh police officer saw his car weaving across traffic lines on Wade Avenue.
Perry blew a 0.09 on a breathalyzer test, one point over the legal limit of 0.08.
The News & Observer reports that this is not Perry's first such arrest. His previous DWI conviction came in 1995.
