ArtsCenter—In repertory today through Sunday, the ArtsCenter in Carrboro presents Fried Chicken, First Loves, Biracial Homes, and Mama, featuring two women and their can't-miss-it one-woman shows. Tonight and Friday will be Joy Cunningham's Goin' to Georgia, in which she revels in the South, family and hilarity. Carolina Ballet
Progress Energy Center—The Carolina Ballet presents Stravinsky's Firebird, A Flight of Fantasy with choreography by George Balanchine and artistic director Robert Weiss. This spectacle of dance and costume begins at 8 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium. The program, which continues through March 18, will inlclude Symposium and a world premiere ballet by Weiss.
