NORTH RALEIGH ARTS AND CREATIVE THEATRE, RALEIGH FRIDAY, FEB. 20–SUNDAY, MARCH 1

Triangle theater veterans Page Purgar, Chris Milner, Jesse R. Gephart and Ryan Brock, last seen on stage together in 2009 Raleigh Ensemble Players production Dark of the Moon, perform in British playwright Alexi Kaye Campbell's acclaimed time-warping meditation on romance and betrayal, directed by Gephart. In 1958, a man named Philip, married to Sylvia, has a turbulent affair with Oliver. In 2008, a man named Philip has split with Oliver, who is addicted to anonymous sex, leaving Oliver's friend Sylvia to console him. Through adroit echoes, these two tales plumb insights on destiny, forgiveness and the changing landscape of love. 8 p.m. Fri.–Sat.; 2 p.m. Sun., $15–$20, 7713-51 Lead Mine Rd., Raleigh, 919-438-3955, www.mctheatre.co. —Zack Smith
