Join the Walking Fish Cooperative at Watts Grocery for an evening with Chef Amy Tornquist. This 5-course dinner showcases an array of sustainably harvested 'strange' seafood from NC. Proceeds benefit Saltwater Connections, a project of the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum & Heritage Center on Harkers Island. What is strange seafood? Items like Sea Asparagus, Sting Ray, Whelks, Sheepshead & more.
