No matter how they're made, there are certain tunes that just burst with the life of an azalea's first blooms. Portland's Starfucker sounds like springtime: They frolic about with bright, irreverent techno, the kind that builds from hours spent wringing cool sounds from a bad keyboard. Cleverly injecting the aesthetic with power-pop melodic sensibilities and a taste for '60s harmony, they arrive at something that shines with sunny, psychedelic impact despite the cold precision suggested by the band's sonic palette. Cassiokids open this 9:30 p.m. show, which costs $11. —Jordan Lawrence
