On the menu: Bhel - Savory Indian snack with puffed rice, vegetables, avocados, blueberries and a tangy tamarind sauce; Papri Chat - crisp fried dough wafers and served with vegetables, chilis, yogurt and tamarind chutney; and Chola Tikki - chana masala served on top of hash browns with chips, chutneys, onion and cilantro; and Mango lassi popsicles with saffron, cardamom and pistachios.
