Polarity, forced choice—and dichotomies, false and otherwise—are the grounds being considered when choreographer Renay Aumiller takes her new contemporary dance sextet out for its first public spin. This new suite of works for one to six dancers explores what it takes to change an audience's perspective, as performers enact sequences and then repeat them—with one element altered. Imagine an aesthetically oriented, 4D version of the barroom video game "Photo Hunt," but with a lot more subtext. Bring your thinking cap. —Byron Woods
