It's Abbott and Costello meets The Sopranos: In Made, his directorial debut, Jon Favreau brings both his penchant for witty banter, and his buddy and Swingers co-star, Vince Vaughn, along for the ride. Bobby (Favreau) and Ricky (Vaughn) are hot-tempered construction workers who dream of being boxers and mobsters. When L.A. boss Max (played by a grizzled Peter Falk) sends them to New York to make a delivery to a gangster (played by Sean Combs), Ricky's unfortunate Sopranos-style playacting nearly gets them killed. Combs' critically lauded star turn as a crime lord marks his acting debut. Also starring Famke Janssen (X-Men), Faizon Love (Friday) and Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos, natch). See "Opening Friday" for theaters.
