Kids at the Market Cooking Club

Chef Nick Stewart of Exclusively Fresh will lead children ages 5 and up through the creation of a healthy, local meal. From shopping the market for fresh in-season produce, to food prep and safety, to cooking techniques and tasteful presentation, Chef Nick makes learning to cook local meals easy, fun, safe, and tasty. Shoppers can also enjoy an all-ages craft demo by Molly Freudenberg of Craft Ideas Weekly (regularly featured on My Carolina Today), and live music by Dogwood Blossom (9am-12pm).
