Three of American roots music's finest artists--Laurie Lewis, Tom Rozum and Bruce Molsky (pictured)--have joined together to present a magical seasonal performance called Winter's Grace. Fiddler, vocalist and songwriter Lewis and mandolinist Rozum have long formed the core of the acclaimed bluegrass units Laurie Lewis & Grant Street and Laurie Lewis & Her Bluegrass Pals. The pair also recorded the Grammy nominated album The Oak & the Laurel together. Molsky, leader of Big Hoedown, may simply be the finest old-time fiddler on this planet. PineCone brings "Winter's Grace" to Stewart Theatre in N.C. State's Talley Student Center for an 8 p.m. concert on Saturday, Dec. 2. Tickets (515-1100) are $21 for the public, $17 for PineCone members, and $10.50 for students. --Art Menius
