No one seems to get more satisfaction and enjoyment from reading than fans of mystery novels. Lucky for them, four of the best female mystery writers will chat about their work and their sneaky inspirations at the Regulator Bookshop Friday, Sept. 1. Molly Weston will moderate the mystery maven foursome--Nancy Bartholomew, Katy Munger, Sarah Shaber and Elizabeth Daniels Squire. Munger's Casey Jones and Squire's Peaches Dann go head-to-head for sleuth-of-the-century bragging rights while Shaber discusses the success of her recent novel, Snipe Hunt, and Bartholomew shares the method behind her novels' wild capers. Prepare to go home hungry for another volume of their works, or if you're already starving, go to the discussion and bring pressure to bear on our local queens of cloak-and-dagger. Call 286-2700 for information.
