Milwaukee artist Jeremy Wolf takes personification to another level with this newest exhibition of wood, paper, and ceramic animal sculptures at Artspace (pictured). Wolf's fascination with man's connection with animals and nature is reflected in this art, as his sculptures often possess human characteristics. Show up for the exhibition reception on Friday, Aug. 1, from 6-10 p.m. and encounter his interactive animal masks. And for the kids (seventh-10th graders), Wolf is hosting youth animal sculpture classes July 28 through Aug. 1 from 9 a.m.-noon. Fees are $125 and include all materials. Wolf's exhibit runs through Aug. 30. For more information, visit www.artspacenc.org.
