Hakanai, Japanese Pop-Up Restaurant

​Hakanai, a Japanese-inspired eatery, is the brainchild of Billy & Kelli Cotter, owners of the popular local paninoteca Toast, and Nick & Rochelle Johnson, owners of The Cookery. The menu will feature handmade soba noodles, steaming bowls of dashi & a bonito made in-house. It will be open for dinner Feb 1-3, 2013, & then will cease to exist.
