ART BENEFIT
LUMP GALLERY—Show your support for the art scene by attending Lump Gallery's benefit show from 7-11 p.m. Music will be performed by Lump friends the Bowerbirds (a band represented by Indy music editor Grayson Currin's record label) and Phon. Artists Matt Hart and Ron Liberti will be present selling limited edition screenprints and other art works. GRAND REOPENING
CAROLINA THEATRE—After a 10-week stint in rehab, in which such issues as leaky roofs and unpredictable dimmers were addressed, Durham's Carolina Theatre is reopening its doors to the public. To celebrate, there will be screenings of Michael Moore's Sicko, the musical Once and the Swiss film Vitus.
