Part of the "Got To Be NC" Competition Dining Series. Each evening, 2 chef teams battle side-by-side in a single elimination, Iron Chef-style format. Diners sample each course in a blind tasting alongside a panel of culinary & media judges. Diners & official judges rate each dish to determine who advances to the next round.
