DIY Kombucha and Fermented Beverages: Cooking Class at Whisk

Ideal for those wanting to brew kombucha at home, this hands-on class is an introduction to making this ancient fermented tea and other fermented beverages including kvass, kefir and more. Health benefits, brewing techniques, equipment, flavoring and carbonation will be covered. Each student takes home a bottle of turmeric ginger kombucha, garlicky beet kvass, and a kombucha culture/SCOBY to begin brewing your own fermented tea at home.
