Having just completed their three-week March Madness improv competition, the evil geniuses at DSI Comedy Theater are thick in the middle of a stand-up throwdown they call Carolina's Funniest Comic. In Round 1 last weekend, 32 comics had five minutes each to convince the audience not to send them packing. Tonight and next Saturday, eight comics will perform 10-minute sets to see who advances to the Final Four on April 24. Who'll be the Michigan State, Butler, West Virginia and Duke of Carolina comedy?
