A Peruvian find, 3,200 miles from home

It is 3,258 miles from Durham to Chanchamayo Valley, an area famous for its coffee and fruit farms in the Central Jungle of Peru.

I found this item—a wall hanging, perhaps?—on a recent rainy day as I walked down Morehead Avenue, between Duke and Vickers streets in Durham. It's a long way from home.
