The Good Food Awards named its
2018 finalists yesterday in fifteen categories. Eight of this year's finalists are from the Triangle; fourteen total represent North Carolina. The Good Food Awards recognize American food producers on a yearly basis. The organization states:
The Good Food Awards celebrate the kind of food we all want to eat: tasty, authentic and responsibly produced. We grant awards to outstanding American food producers and the farmers who provide their ingredients.
Winners will be named January 19, 2018, at a ceremony in San Francisco. Below are the proud Triangle finalists by category.
Beer:
