When: Sun., Feb. 2, 1-5 p.m. 2014
Family friendly competition with entertainment & games. Each contestant must cook onsite, provide & prepare their tailgating food specialty item, provide outdoor cooking equipment, seasoning, sauces, butters, condiments, plate garnishes & enough food to sample for a minimum of 25 people. All food must be prepared on site (excludes: sauces, condiments, marinades & butters). Judges will consist of local chefs & food critics. Register via email by Jan 25 to compete.
