Sweet Potato Fries

Better Than Regular Fries



  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large sweet potatoes


Preheat oven to 450 F. Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips. In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.

On a baking sheet, arrange potatoes in a single layer and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake until edges are crisp and potatoes are cooked through, about 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
