Glass Candy, Chromatics

Nightlight--Fashion struts through rock 'n' roll everyday. In the highly stylized oeuvre of Glass Candy, their look and evocative drama dominate, much like their obvious forebears--'70s sleazy chic with a paranoid punk conscience. Their fans don't need a recitation of influences, Glass Candy practically wear them like mannequins; not since Lou Reed's feud affair with Lester Bangs has there been a love-hate relationship like some have with these mirror ball heathens. Rev up for $7 with Chromatics and DJ Nasty Boots starting at 9 p.m. --Chris Toenes
