Hosted by Chef Justin Rakes and Chef Scott Martin. The venture will be a "pork centric" modern American eatery serving inventive interpretations of pub food. They will focus on utilizing the whole animal and local produce to create snacks and small plates, shared plates, and an extensive charcuterie program.
