Sit silently together, practice walking meditation, and then there is the option to leave or to stay for group discussion and community building. New and experienced practitioners welcomed.Contact Conal (conalho@live.com) or Kriti (kritisha@gmail.com) with any questions you may have. The CHZC offers meditation instruction and orientation to newcomers on Sunday mornings at 9:00, and on Tuesday nights at 7:00.
