Master of tap and funk Savion Glover has been wooing audiences with his fancy footwork since his first Broadway appearance at the age of 12 in The Tap Dance Kid. Since then, Glover has performed on Broadway, television and movies, and he had a world tour that included the Moulin Rouge, the Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. In 1996 he won a Tony award for choreography of the Broadway show Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk. On Jan. 25 at 8 p.m., Glover will perform to classical music including Stravinsky and Bach at Page Auditorium as part of the Broadway at Duke series.
