Join famed forager Alan Muskat & celebrated Chef Andrea Reusing for an adventure in "find dining." Learn how to safely find, identify, appreciate & maybe even eat wild mushrooms, plants & other extreme cuisine. Later in the day, at 6:30 pm, the "catch of the day" will be served up at Lantern Restaurant's community kitchen, Lantern Table. Reusing & her team will prepare a 5-course farm-&-forage-to-table meal, complete with wine & beverage pairings.
