Master baker Lionel Vatinet hosts 2 classes with Dominique Homo, a graduate of France's Baking School of Rouen, a protégé of French bread expert Raymond Calvel, & an international baking consultant. Fullsteam's Sean Wilson joins the May 15 class with a beer tasting & discussion about his award-winning local brews, while guests learn to make bread with his beer.
