2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon sugar
1 8-ounce fat-free yogurt, plain or flavored
1-1/4 cups milk, skim or whole
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, milk, eggs and butter. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix until just dampened. Ladle batter onto hot, greased griddle or skillet and then cook until done on both sides.
