Explore the essentials of brewing great coffee at home. Discuss how to determine a coffee-brewing recipe, identify appropriate grind size & establish the importance of brewing time. Guided coffee tastings will reinforce key brewing principles; instructors will demo techniques & best practices for pourover brewing.
